The Just Say No Deal Coalition will not tolerate disenfranchisement of any kind; if a legally registered voter wishes to cast his or her vote at a caucus site he/she should not be subjected to intimidation, verbal or physical assault, time constraints or any other unreasonable practice that hampers the voting process. We will assist any and all legally registered voters to ensure that their legally cast votes are counted and their voices heard.
We feel the revered and loyal democrat, The Hon. Governor Ed Rendell of Pennsylvania said it best in a recent written statement. His concerns about theunfair representation of voters due to the caucus system are Just Say No Deal's concerns as well.
Governor Rendell stated, "We, too, believe that the Democratic Party's nominating process is unfair and undemocratic... We must eliminate caucuses that are inherently undemocratic and disenfranchise seniors (no absentee voting for those who can't go to the polls), shift workers and our military. Forcing people to declare their preference in public also violates another cherished principle that undermines our democracy.
