The Thrill of the Zip
Ecoadventure. Zipquest, a zipline waterfall and treetop adventure, is bringing exhilarating fun to North Fayetteville, NC. It’s a two-hour treetop tour, with eight ziplines and three “Indiana Jones” style canopy bridges (not for the Acrophobic, for sure).
The topography includes Carver’s Falls, a 20-foot tall waterfall that stretches 150 feet wide and is the largest waterfall in the central and eastern Carolinas. One more thing: a zipline run that’s nearly 1,000 feet long. Are you ready?

CAROLINA CUISINE
It’s summertime, which means it is the season of peaches here in the Carolinas. But there’s more ways to indulge in this sweet, juicy treat than simply cobblers and ice cream (although divine!). Try them as dinner or an appetizer: Grilled Shrimp with Spicy Peach Salsa. It’s our latest easy and flavorful recipe, courtesy of Kim Byer, local foodie blogger of The Paper Apron.
