14% of CIOs plan to hire 
 
Fourteen percent of chief information officers plan to add information technology staff in the fourth quarter. 
 
      In the United States, 23.2% of people between the ages of 65 and 74 were in the labor force (either working or looking for work) in 2006, according to data released today by the U.S. Census Bureau. The number is up from 19.6% from 2000.
