South Florida Code Camp is Coming

     Code Camp is a FREE one day GEEK FEST held on Saturday February 7, 2009. This is the fifth year for South Florida Code Camp. The event will have speakers from the local community and beyond. Speakers will be presenting some of the most requested topics like ASP.NET AJAX, Visual Studio 2008, MVC Framework, Silverlight, Windows Presentation Foundation, Sharepoint 2007 and SQL Server 2005. Four-week jobless average rises 1.2%
 
     The four-week moving average of seasonally adjusted initial jobless claims rose 1.2% to 524,500 for the holiday week ended Nov. 29 from the previous week's revised average of 518,250, the U.S. Department of Labor announced today. However, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial unemployment for the week ended Nov. 29 (not the four-week average) fell 4.0% to 509,000 from the previous week's revised figure of 530,000.
