Microsoft Corp. is reducing bill rates on all current temporary labor assignment by 10% effective March 2, according to an e-mail obtained by the TechFlash Web site. The software company also plans to reduce overtime for temporary agency workers and reduce total overall hours for the workers, according to the e-mail.
