CIOs' Plans Unchanged, CFOs Cautious
 
     Chief Information Officers' third-quarter hiring plans remain the same as they were for the second quarter, but Chief Financial Officers remain cautious about bringing on more personnel, according to two surveys released today by Robert Half International, Inc. 

Report - Feds Probing Tech Recruiting Concerns
 
     The Washington Post reported the U.S. Justince Department began a probe into top tech companies Google, Inc., Yahoo, Apple, and Genentech over concerns they violated antitrust laws by agreeing not to recruit top talent from one another.  The newspaper's report cited two unnamed sources.
