Important Notice to Sherlock Clients and Employees of Sherlock Clients
SherlockPolicy of Non-Recruitment of Client Employees:
Sherlock will not recruit the employees of Sherlock's clients.
Problem:
With tens of thousands of I.T. candidate profiles in our proprietary resume database dating back to the '90s, Sherlock may contact a candidate via email, voicemail, SMS, tweets, facebook, LinkedIn, telepathy, U.S. Snail Mail, etc. without realizing that the candidate has become a client employee. Client hears that Sherlock is recruiting their employees, and management gets extremely angry.
Solution:
When Sherlock speaks with the candidate and learns that the candidate is actually an employee of a Sherlock client, Sherlock will inform the candidate of our Non-Recruitment of Client Employees Policy and ask for a referral instead.
