EnFlyer is a web-based permission email list management and distribution service provided by EnSpot.com, Inc. EnFlyer provides the technology and infrastructure; however, our respective Clients manage the email lists and email campaigns sent to those lists. EnFlyer generates revenues by providing our service to our clients for a service fee.

Anti-Spam Policy

EnFlyer does NOT permit our system to be used to send unsolicited email (SPAM), and enforces our Anti-Spam Policy using several methods as outlined in our Anti-Spam Policy.

Information Collected by EnFlyer

EnFlyer maintains information about Clients and Members. Clients are entities that sign an agreement to use EnFlyer. Client information is used to provide access to EnFlyer for the Client and to manage Client accounts. Members are people that receive e-mails from our Clients using EnFlyer. Member information is used by the Client for e-mail campaigns and other related purposes.

Occasionally, EnFlyer may collect information from users for contests, forwarding features, more information forms, etc. This information is only used for the purpose explicitly stated when collecting the information.

When Clients log into EnFlyer or Members view an e-mail from EnFlyer, our servers use cookies and other means to log related data used for the purpose of system administration and to provide campaign reports to our Clients.

This allows us to better manage the system and allows our Clients to better manage their campaigns. We only base our reports on the data in our system and do not gather additional data from outside sources.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

EnFlyer does not share Client or Member Information with third parties. Member information is collected by our Clients and loaded into EnFlyer. Client's Member information (E-mail list) is held by EnFlyer as confidential information to be used exclusively by Client for the benefit of Client. EnFlyer will not compile, buy, sell, rent, or trade Client's Member information (E-mail list), or send unauthorized E-mail to Client's Members (E-mail list).

Client Privacy Policies

Our Clients maintain their own privacy policies regarding their Member lists. You can contact a Client to inquire about their privacy policy by replying to the E-mail you received. E-mail sent by our Clients may contain links to sites other than our own. Those sites may not follow the same privacy policies as EnFlyer. EnFlyer is not responsible for the privacy policies of our Clients or of other companies.

Additional Information

No transmission of data over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties, not under the control of EnFlyer, to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. While we strive to protect this information, EnFlyer cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted by or to us.

In the unlikely event that EnFlyer is ever sold or acquired, our Client's accounts and any potential future revenues may be included in the transferred assets. Any acquirer shall be required to adhere to this Privacy Policy.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall EnFlyer be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of EnFlyer, even if EnFlyer or an authorized representative of EnFlyer, has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
