Any text message recipient can remove themself by replying "STOP" to your message. EnFlyer will automatically recognize and remove those contacts who reply "STOP" from your lists. These contacts cannot be re-added or re-imported.

For any other requests for removal, you will be able to use your text message campaign report to identify and opt-out anyone who requests to be removed.

Yes. You should have documented consent from those on your contact lists that they have agreed to receive communication from you via text message.
